Established in 1996, New England Revolution is an American professional soccer team that competes in Major League Soccer (MLS). Based in the Greater Boston area, it is one of the original charter clubs when the league launched and is the last of that group to undergo a redesign. Owned by Robert Kraft and Jonathan Kraft, CEO and President respectively of The Kraft Group, who also own the NFL’s New England Patriots, New England Revolution has been relatively successful but never won an MLS Cup.
