She aired concerns about the unbalanced diversity of management, programming and advertising positions within both companies. So in response, Comcast-NBC agreed to conditions intended to help rectify the situation.Almost a year later, politicians, media moguls and notable members of the African American glitterati gathered at a Washington press event which announced four niche, but minority-owned, channels.
