(Est. 2021) “Fibr produces healthy bars, full of fiber from Swedish oats. Our journey began with Therese who is a food agronomist and Adam who is a dietitian – and a passionate interest in fiber and oats. We wanted to make filling snacks with soluble fiber from oats (beta glucans) that help lower cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar and benefit the good intestinal bacteria. Above all, we wanted to do something that both tastes good and does good! Today, Fibr consists of a small team (and a lot of help from loved ones). We are proud to bake our products completely on our own in Edsbyn in the heart of Hälsingland. We have only just started, join our journey to improve Swedish public health!” Logo. Color palette.
