Founded by Jiali Jiang, who moved from Tibet to the UK to study Environmental Policy at Cambridge University, and has been working on developing a product with ancient grains since 2014, Bright Barley is made with organic barley grown on UK farms and is available in the UK in three flavors: Chocolate, salted caramel, and coffee.
