Not in the Same Boat

Premier League club Manchester City F.C. sent a stern letter to Chilean third division club Santiago City FC over the similarities of their logos, claiming that the media is confusing the latter as being a part of City Football Group, that owns the former and nine other teams. I mean, yes, a little but how much, if any, harm or confusion can a third-tier club on the other side of the world cause one of the biggest teams in the UK?
