Pisco’n Somebody your own Size

A Chilean artisanal brand of pisco — a spirit made by distilling fermented grape juice — got a little too clever for its own good with its pun-y name, Pedro Piscal. Pedro Pascal, also Chilean (and, to a degree, also spirited) is not necessarily ecstatic about the similarities and his lawyers have requested the company to stop using it and to, among other things, transfer ownership of the piscal.cl domain name.
