Shots Fired

Jägermeister has filed an opposition with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office against the registration of the Milwaukee Bucks logo because deer with antlers. What I find odd is that the Bucks logo was introduced 20 months ago… are they just now filing for trademark or did Jägermeister just now decided to oppose?
