Learning nothing from the Washington Redskins name and logo scandal, the Lake Eerie Warriors, a new team in the National College Prospects Hockey League, introduced a raging Native American logo that lasted for about 40 minutes before social media descended on it, leading to not just a change of the logo but a change in the team’s name to Lake Eerie Gulls.
