Who's Smiling Now?

Former Geffen Records art director Robert Fisher has thrown a curveball to the ongoing legal battle between Nirvana LLC and Marc Jacobs International that started in 2018 when Marc Jacobs released a line of clothing with a wonky smiley face that followed the design of Nirvana’s wonky smiley face that Nirvana LLC argued was designed by Kurt Cobain which, now, Fisher says is incorrect as he is claiming both authorship and ownership.
