X’cuse Me?

Multiply, a social media and public relations agency, has filed a lawsuit against X, claiming infringement on the trademark of its “X” logo, which was granted by the USPTO in 2020, citing confusion among Multiply’s clients, prospective clients, and colleagues because both Multiply and X offer similar services to clients. There are hundreds of “X” logos out there and these two have VERY little in common so it seems like a personal vendetta of some sort to take on X.
