2016Coca-Cola “One Brand” Packaging
I’ve been sitting on this story for a month now and haven’t mustered the necessary interest or felt the urge to do a full Review so I will just mention it: Coca-Cola is introducing a new “One Brand” design approach to its packaging that puts a red dot in the background. This is how it starts, first a dot, then gradients, then fizzy graphics, then it’s back to non-minimalist packaging. Somehow this doesn’t feel elegant (or exciting) at all. Brandemia has a good breakdown of the change.
