Eagle Confusion

A recent update to House Speaker Paul Ryan’s logo sent some of Twitter’s citizens into a frenzy as they claimed it looked like a Nazi symbol. Eagles are a recurring symbol in both American and Nazi graphics but not everything Republicans do or touch has to equal evil — the update references the Speaker’s Mace, a symbol of the House of Representatives.
