I wasn’t expecting another trio of restaurants to follow last week’s trio of restaurants but here we are admiring another trio of restaurants (had to mention “trio of restaurants” three times) with work from Mexico City, Murcia, and Tijuana. Don Tuch by Human Don Tuch is a fast food restaurant in Mexico City serving contemporary takes on cuisine from Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula, in particular its “cochinita pibil” dish. The name of the restaurant translates as “Mr. Tuch” (with Tuch pronounced as “Tooch”) and I don’t know if it was intended but it also sounds like “Don’t Touch” in how we sometimes in Spanish spell out English words phonetically and with a little humor but that’s beside the point o
