Cervecería Principia by Toro Pinto Cervecería Principia is a craft brewery in Monterrey, Mexico, named after Isaac Newton’s Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica as a reflection of the founders’ shared passion for science. The identity, designed by Guadalajara, Mexico-based Toro Pinto, takes the science cue and runs with it in a number of ways. First, there is the logo, which has an obligatory wheat spike but has then been rendered as a star map and executed in a slick positive/negative composition.
