Aside from some excellent typography, the commonality among today’s selections is that they were all spotted on The Brand Identity, which hopefully you follow too. This week’s work comes from Graz and London (twice). Hea by Studio Bruch Hea is a residential carpentry business, established in 1951 in Pfaffstätt, Austria, that does some exquisite work (and is the only carpentry business I know with a podcast). The identity, designed by Graz, Austria-based Studio Bruch, introduces a custom typeface that looks as if it’s made from delicate, bendable 2-by-4s to create a lovely stencil font that also looks like various pieces of carpentry with perfectly executed joints.
