Some fun typography across three sets of packaging this week, with work from Brooklyn, Honolulu, Venice, and Monterrey. Medly by The Young Jerks Medly scours the Mediterranean to find the best wines from sustainable and regenerative farms and puts four glass bottles’ worth of organic wine inside a 100% BPA-free pouch. The identity and packaging, designed by Brooklyn, NY-based The Young Jerks, carry a laissez-faire vibe from logo to illustrations, with a relaxed, vacation-y attitude. The jumbled, hand-drawn logo conveys the organic quality of the wines and is very nicely executed with all of the letters nestling into each other quite comfortably.
