Super late to the party on this one (as it’s a promotion that ran during Halloween) but at the time there was no comprehensive or convincing-enough-that-it-was-real page to link to: In Puerto Rico, Burger King offered mini Whoppers wrapped like candy. I mean, these are basically sliders but that packaging tho. Idea and campaign developed by Ogilvy – De la Cruz.
