New Logo and Identity for Aptos by Ashfall Studio

Aptos Network, referred to henceforth as, simply, “Aptos,” is a Layer-1 blockchain network developed by Aptos Labs (careful: it’s a really cool site, but it’s bloated and will blow up your browser), a company founded by former Meta engineers who previously worked on the Diem blockchain initiative. Launched in 2022, Aptos aims to provide a faster, more scalable, and more reliable foundation for decentralized applications by leveraging the Move programming language, originally created for Diem. Gotta be honest here: despite having branded two crypto/blockchain-based initiatives during the industry’s mainstream infancy, to this day, I remain mostly ignorant to the technical mechanics, terminology, and day-to-day use cases surrounding crypto and blockchain platforms.
