New Logo and Identity for Gretes by Andstudio

Established in 2018, Gretes is a sustainable sleepwear brand in Lithuania. Founded by Grėtė Švėgždaitė, a law degree student and former project manager, she first offered head and hair accessories like sleep bonnets, hair ties, and hairbands made from silk but decided to completely reinvent her product and brand despite her success up until then (which included showing at New York Fashion Week) because of the environmental impact of silk, where one kilogram of silk requires boiling 6,600 silkworms alive. Her new line of products, a collection of nightwear and loungewear is now made from Naia™, an innovative, sustainable, ethical material derived from pine or eucalyptus pulp sourced from sustainably-managed forests.
