A fairly eclectic collection of unrelated projects this week, with work from Minneapolis, Montréal, and Mexico City. Good Flower Farm by Buddy-Buddy Good Flower Farm is a brand of handmade skincare products made in part with organic herbs and flowers grown in their thirteen acres of farmland in middle Tennessee. Their new identity, designed by Minneapolis, MN-based Buddy-Buddy — which replaces something along the lines of this — introduces a lovely wordmark in a calligraphic, chiseled sans serif that elegantly solves the issue that would have been caused by the wide counterspace of the “L” by nestling the “O” in there and done so properly not just by scaling down the “O” but by making it match the thicknesses of the rest of the letters.
