Some straightforward simplicity with a dash of flair this week, with projects from California, Rosario, and Mexico City. Soonish by BIONDO Soonish is a gluten-free, “slightly tart and subtly sweet” beer brewed in Southern California made from banana, sorghum, millet, and honey. The identity and packaging, designed by somewhere-in-California-based BIONDO, could not reflect the chill vibes of Southern California any better, with laid back typography and a simple sun-setting motif that encourages you to (at least in my mind) slow down and enjoy the scenery. With a Hobo-esque, flared sans serif as the logo, a slew of other hipster-y fonts come together to form fun badges on the back of the can and to adorn the website and the merch.
