Established in 2008, Proper Cloth offers quality custom-fit, made-to-order shirts, pants, jackets, and suits for men. Based in New York, NY, it was founded by Seph Skerrit who ran the business on his own for many years, focused on custom shirts and building its digital shopping experience. Eventually it set up a showroom on the 6th floor of a walkup apartment building, later a proper showroom (now two), and all the while improving and innovating on its website to allow customers to customize their product.
