When they go Low, we go Highland

Macalester College, a 150-year-old private liberal arts college in Saint Paul, MN, recently unveiled the very first athletics mascot in its history: a Highland Cow. This wasn’t quite right for a regular post or even a Spotted but the cow is adorable and deserves a shoutout for avoiding the angry college animal mascot in favor of an expression-less bovine.
