Who’s the Man?

Skiman, a skiing apparel and accessories brand launched by independent owner and ski enthusiast Stephen Fucik, is facing cease and desist letters from Nike for its logo’s similarity to the famous Nike Jumpman logo. Fucik received his trademark registration from the USPTO and had no challenges from Nike at the time — for now, he seems ready to fight Nike but that’s more likely easier said than done unfortunately.
