Back with a trio of restaurants this week, starting off minimal and ending eclectic, with work from Oslo, Guadalajara, and Paris. Limón by Goods & Heydays Limón is a fast-casual food chain in Oslo, Norway, serving poké, ceviches, and smoothie bowls. The identity, designed by local sibling firms Goods & Heydays, bridges the minimalism of Nordic design with the colorful expressions of South American culture with an extremely simple typographic system delivered in a lively combination of yellow and green.
