Three red-color-driven and lo-fi-esque projects this week, with work from Bogota and Birmingham (twice!). Demente Aguardientería by Panorama Demente Aguardientería is a restaurant in Bogota, Colombia, serving local comfort food and specializing in the country’s aguardiente, which translates to, literally, burningwater and is an alcoholic drink made from sugar cane and can clock in at anywhere between 25% and 60% ABV. The identity, designed by local firm Panorama, is a celebration of local culture and vernacular, featuring lo-fi graphics, unrefined typography, and uncomfortable layouts — Exhibit A is in the grid image above but if you need more forensic detail, here is Exhibit B.
